Well this just sucks...sorry to leave any of you in the dust here, but I WILL NOT BE GOING TO RAUSCH CREEK. Since none of you know me from Adam, I'm hoping this doesn't change your plans to go. We had something come up here on our end, and that unfortunately spelled doom for this years trip to RC. I'll try and get another trip up in the spring. I hope you guys still go and have a great time.

@cherokeekid 58, I'll be heading up there around noon on friday to arrive sometime between 1 and 2. We'll have camp set up then, and be partying all night. I have a red rock rubicon with a pirate flag rear tire cover. you're welcome to join our group. BYOB and if you bring food for the group, the groups food will be shared. hope to see you there!

I would like to join you guys. I'll be heading up Friday night after I get out of work at 5. I'm only a 45-1 hour drive from RC. What time is everyone meeting and where?

Ok, so just getting a head count here, from the posts, it looks like 7 definites (includes 1 not on the forums) and possible 12 total. That's a nice group guys. Who has CBs in their rigs? Its not neccesary, but it defintely makes it more fun and coordinating on the trail.

Ok boys and girls, here's an update on the trip. All is going as planned so far. If you would like to join our camp, please, let me know so I can tell RC how many will be in our party. (All those who have already posted, I got you wrote down and glad to have you)

Wheeling questions: We will be hitting mostly green trails with a few blues (muddy forrest trail)...stock jeeps will navigate all we're doing with a little patience and following your spotters. If you're just going to be wheeling with us Saturday, please at least give me a description of your Jeep so we can look for you and wait to hit the trails if you're running late. We plan to start out NLT 1000.

You can call me with any questions on caravanning or just general info on the trip. (717) 434-3126

Hope to see you guys there! (All those who have already posted, I got you wrote down and glad to have you)

I plan on making it...going to the jamboree down in the pine barrens a few weeks later. May be out of town for work until Friday night so may have to meet up on Saturday morn. Hopefully not...a big camper/outdoors guy. Just got done hiking 60 miles in Yellowstone which was pretty cool. Lets figure out logistics when we get closer to wheeling. Haven't been to Rausch and want to check it out. Peace.

I work in Horseheads a few times a year. Hopefully we can meet @ Rausch for some adult beverages. I have commitments from 2 others in Carlisle, Pa.

I can not commit fully yet, but this is a weekend that might work for me. Been to Rausch a couple times, including a two night trip last weekend. BlackoutTJ, I'm in Md as well, but I wouldnt be heading up until after my stepson gets home from school.

Have you been to Rausch Creek before. Can a stock jeep nav the trails there? We have 2 stock, no lift coming.

I can confirm at least 3 other from Carlisle will be coming up.

when you drive in the main entrance of the park, to the right is the campground. Look for a maroon 2dr JK Rubicon. "Hummer Recovery Vehicle" on the windshield and Calico Jack's Pirate flag on the rear tire cover...that will be me. Let me know as soon as you can IF you'll be camping, and about what time you think you'll get there.
